Wireless Presentations Systems and BYOD Implementation [IS103]

Wed. June 12| 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | W304H

***Seminar and Workshop Package Required***

In this panel session, leading UCC manufacturers will share their insights into how to support seamless BYOD collaboration.
These days, we're all cyborgs, hosting a significant portion of our working memories and abilities in an array of devices with which we have a near-symbiotic relationship. How can we expect anyone to relinquish those devices when they enter a meeting space or classroom and still get anything done? BYOD adoption has proliferated across markets as diverse as corporations, hotels, and classrooms. Our panel will explore:
• How the evolution of personal devices impacts the design of meeting room and classroom presentation systems
• Capabilities and security needs for content sharing and storage
• Network specifications required to support a high-quality BYOD user experience, and the setup procedure to ensure smooth functioning across a variety of platforms
• From the network perspective, identify the appliance specifications that are conducive to successful operation in an enterprise context
Please note that all sessions in the seminar and workshop package are seated on a first-come, first served basis. | Session Number: IS103
