The Future of Workspace Design [IS024]

Tue. June 11| 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM | W304H

***Seminar and Workshop Package Required***

In this panel session, leading UCC manufacturers will share their insights into how modern worker expectations are changing workspace design.
According to the Harvard Business Review, creative capital is a company's most important asset – and if you value innovative workers, you must consider how their working environment supports or detracts from creativity. Cubicle farms and board rooms won't suffice for today's knowledge workers. They expect flexible working hours and locations. They need to collaborate in both structured meeting and on the fly. They benefit from uplifting surroundings that inspire them to try new things. Our panel will explore:
• What changing worker expectations mean for the physical environment
• Considerations for planning the size, type, and number of collaboration spaces needed within an enterprise
• Planning infrastructure so that environments can change in response to user needs
Please note that all sessions in the seminar and workshop package are seated on a first-come, first served basis. | Session Number: IS024
