These days, almost everything has a network port or built-in Wi-Fi. It's more important than ever to be able to speak the language of corporate IT departments. In this session, we will discuss best practices for putting equipment onto a client's network and how to talk to network administrators.
Attendees will learn to:
• Build up a vocabulary for speaking with IT departments
• Discuss the security implications of hooking their equipment up to a client network
• Avoid the common pitfalls that vendors often make when interfacing with IT departments
